ORDERING A SAMPLE:
Please contact us if you are a School, larger organisation, government or needing a sample for a larger order to discuss.
Samples may be purchased only. (Online or email orders accepted).
Due to the high volume of 100's of sample requests each year that we process, and the costs involved in administration time and shipping, unfortunately we cannot supply free samples.
We recommend emailing or speaking to a staff member prior to ordering samples to discuss your needs, as we may be able to assist you over the phone or via email and answer any questions you may have relating to the garment/s you are interested in.
Place your order online (or email this through for invoicing) noting "Order for samples" and this will be reviewed by our Team for approval.
Your order if approved will be processed and dispatched (once the order is paid).
Review your items and return them within 7 days of receipt (must be returned in sale condition as per our sales terms and conditions) for a credit or an exchange. Please note this period can be extended with approval (must be emailed). Please contact our team on 1300 360 787 or to request the return form once you are ready to return the garments.
THE UNIFORM GUYS SAMPLE POLICY:
Samples must be purchased.
Samples refer to plain items with no decoration (new items from stock).
Samples of Embroidery or Screen Print etc are not physically available however emailed proofs are produced once ordered. (You can talk to us about a small run order if required prior to placing a large order). Please refer to our artwork gallery for examples of recently produced print work. We can also issue mock ups if requested (your logo/s on a garment to view prior to ordering).
A minimum $10 restocking fee will generally apply - fees may be higher for multiple items and items not returned in sale condition (i.e staff repacking/folding/coding and returning to stock.) There are exceptions, i.e if returning to add back to your order, or placing a larger order, this fee may be waived and shipping of the sample items may also be credited to your next order. Please discuss this with a Team member when requesting your samples.
A credit for the returned sample will be issued less the restocking fee if it applies, once the sample is returned (if returned within return period and in original sale condition etc).
Customers are asked to limit the amount of samples ordered keeping in mind multiple items will attract a higher return fee (if items have to be ordered in from our manufacturer the return fee to the supplier warehouse can be $15.00+) and keep the order limited to items likely to be ordered to limit fees and postage costs.
Return of samples and subsequent freight charges is the customers responsibility.
Approved return samples must be advised of and returned within 7 days of delivery receipt, in the original sale condition they were provided in, with tags attached and in original packaging.
The sample order must be approved by The Uniform Guys as a Sample Order when purchasing. (Once you place your order we will approve, or contact you to discuss the order).
Samples will not be refunded, only credits for approved sample returns will be applied as stated above.
- Samples returned outside of our Sales Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
