CHRISTMAS CLOSURE & TRADING DATES 2022/2023

Closed on and from Friday 16th of December 2022 and we re-open Monday 9th January 2023.

IMPORTANT - What this means for your order/enquiry:

• We are still open and trading up until the 16th of December, however please read on for important order processing information;
  
• We will still be online and accepting orders during the closure period, however as our warehouse and most of our suppliers' warehouses are also closed during this closure period, we are unable to dispatch or decorate orders until after Monday 9th of January.
• We will have skeleton staff available from 3rd January to attend to any urgent enquiries or order requests.
  
• Embroidery/Screen Print Orders: Any orders placed on or after the 25th of November 2022 requiring decoration (Embroidery, Screen Print, Heat Press etc) will likely be delivered in January (some orders may be dispatched and or delivered prior to the closure period). We will confirm with you as soon as possible your likely delivery date, and we will be working to have all orders through production as quickly as possible in the new year.
  
• Plain Uniform Orders: Orders for plain items (without Embroidery etc) placed after the 12th of December may not be dispatched and/or delivered until after the 9th of January depending on stock availability (some of our suppliers are closed earlier than this date for dispatch). We will advise you of your delivery date once you order.
  
• Sublimated Orders: Any orders placed on or after the 11th of November 2022 for Sublimation may likely be delivered in January (as our factory closes over the Christmas period and this extends the 4-6 week general ETA for custom Sublimated orders by approx 2 additional weeks) NOTING current freight delays/backlogs with interrnational freight. We will confirm with you as soon as possible your likely delivery date.
  
• Any orders placed during the closure period will be processed from the 9th of January.
  
• Any emails and enquiries submitted during the closure period will also be responded to from the 9th of January.
  
• Australia Post and Couriers do not deliver on public holidays. Please ensure the address you enter for your order will be attended to (couriers will leave a card for any delivery attempts if you are not home/available) and or leave delivery instructions in your order comments (i.e please deliver after a certain date if your business is closed for example over this period).
  

IMPORTANT - COVID-19 & Staffing Impacts on freight providers and delivery timeframes nationally and internationally:

• Due to the increase in freight handling due to large volumes of online orders/shipping and the impacts of any unforeseen border closures/shutdowns/backlogs of freight and high levels of freight loads across delivery networks etc, this may mean an increase in delivery times especially during peak periods. This is expected to increase from November to January with increased online orders and deliveries across Australia with all freight providers.
• Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we apologise in advance if any delivery over our standard time frame occurs.

• We ship express where possible to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
