Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australia-Wide Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide using the following freight and delivery services:

• Contracted Courier Companies (Toll, Direct Freight, and others)

Freight Costs

• Orders under $300: $25 plus GST freight to capital cities.
• Orders over $300: Free freight to capital cities.
• Freight Costs Calculation: Freight costs are automatically calculated at checkout and processed with your order.
• Rural and Remote Area Deliveries: For orders delivered to rural and remote locations (see postcode lists below), a surcharge applies and will be advised prior to despatch.

Delivery Timeframes

• Plain Items: Typically despatched within 2-10 working days.
• Uniforms with Standard Decoration: Typically despatched within 4 weeks of you approving all Design Proofs in your order.
• Uniforms with Complex Decoration: Typically despatched within 6 weeks of you approving all Design Proofs in your order.
• Timely Processing: To ensure timely processing and delivery of your order, we kindly request that you provide your logo or artwork as soon as possible and respond promptly to any queries we may send.

Special Instructions & Notes

• Payment: Orders do not commence unless payment is received (unless you have an established trading account).
• Signature Requirement: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure and verified delivery.
• Urgent Orders: For urgent orders or those with specific deadlines, please inform us prior to placing your order so we can confirm if we can meet your requirements.

Delivery Issues
